StreamBeat is a real-time YouTube broadcast intelligence platform built for television broadcasters. 3. How We Use YouTube API Data

StreamBeat uses YouTube API data solely to provide live stream analytics, ratings, sentiment analysis, and competitive intelligence features to you. We process only publicly available data through official YouTube Data API v3 endpoints.

StreamBeat's use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Hetzner servers located within the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted through role-based access controls so that only authorised personnel can access it. We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With the YouTube and Google APIs in order to retrieve the public data required to deliver our services.
  • With payment processors, strictly to process subscriptions and payments.
  • With our hosting provider, as necessary to operate and maintain the platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide our services. When you delete your account, your associated data is purged from our systems, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations.
