Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StreamBeat platform and related services operated by Tricube Broadcast Pvt Ltd ("StreamBeat", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using StreamBeat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

StreamBeat is a real-time broadcast intelligence platform that provides live YouTube viewer ratings, multilingual AI sentiment analysis, a 16-channel multiviewer, bot and spike detection, and competitive ranking intelligence for television broadcasters. We may modify, enhance, or discontinue features of the service at any time.

3. YouTube API Services Compliance

StreamBeat uses YouTube API Services to provide live stream analytics. By using StreamBeat, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). StreamBeat accesses only publicly available YouTube data through official YouTube Data API v3 endpoints.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, other accounts, or connected systems.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service, or circumvent YouTube API terms or usage limits.

6. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features of StreamBeat requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may change our pricing with reasonable prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The StreamBeat platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Tricube Broadcast Pvt Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamBeat and Tricube Broadcast Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
